The general conditions described below regulate the relations between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as Costa), the company that supplies the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by Costa Edutainment has as its object the provision of information relating to overseas entrances as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase overseas entrance tickets. This service is provided through the website

Art. 2 – METHOD OF BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF TICKETS
To book and purchase tickets, you must complete the online form prepared by Costa Edutainment in all its mandatory parts. We kindly ask you to read the provisions to protect your privacy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is finalized by completing the form and making the payment. Multiple tickets can be purchased with one transaction.
Art. 3 – TICKETS PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by credit card VISA, Master Card, Postepay and Paypal following the provisions illustrated in the procedures described online.
Art. 4 – TICKETS PURCHASE METHOD
At the end of the payment by credit card, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent with the "Order confirmation with the ticket attached" valid for access to Oltremare attached.
Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
The prices and validity of Oltremare tickets are specified during the purchase procedure. Oltremare's ticket sales system makes use of a platform whose peculiarity consists in making the prices for access to the structure dynamic.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase procedure undergo changes in the face value, at the unquestionable judgment of Costa Edutainment, according to some variables: high/low season, entry time slot, climatic conditions by way of example but not limited to.
OPEN tickets "are valid for the season in which the ticket was purchased" and will have a unique and defined value. They will not undergo price changes according to the variables defined above, subject to periodic changes from the price list.
Art. 6 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF TICKET AND REQUEST FOR REFUND
The online
FIXED DATE ticket is not refundable in any way. The date can be changed by adhering to the SAVE THE FUN promotion. Find out on

OPEN ticket like the
FIXED DATE is non-refundable.
Art. 7 – COMPLIANCE WITH THE OVERSEAS DATE OF ENTRY
The date chosen for the visit to Oltremare must be respected. Therefore, it will not be possible to access Oltremare on a date other than that indicated on the ticket itself except by adhering to the Save The Fun operation;

Art. 8 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION OF BELONGING AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding what has been said about the jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a use that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") can invoke the laws in force in the country in which he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and from our services must exclusively be presented to the competent courts of Rimini. Notwithstanding the above jurisdiction clause, a consumer can also bring an action in a court of the country where he is domiciled, while a claim against a consumer can only be brought before the courts of the country where he is domiciled. For consumers in the European Economic Area: If you have any complaints, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Care. In the event that any of the clauses of these 'Terms and Conditions' is invalid, loses validity, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to abide by all the other clauses established herein. In this case we will replace the aforementioned clause with a clause that is valid and binding, that has an effect as similar as possible to the replaced one and that you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and purposes of these 'Terms and Conditions' .
