The general conditions described below regulate the relationship between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as Costa), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Code of good practices
With the aim of ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the best experience of visiting our facilities, we have adopted the following good practices:
  • You are important to us: that's why we offer you our online platform for purchasing tickets, customer support and an information section.
  • Our online payment systems are secure and certified.
  • We take your needs into consideration when planning your visit.
  • We listen to our visitors' opinions and show their reviews.
  • We guarantee you an updated and easy-to-use website, where you will find the best prices for access to Oltremare
Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by Costa Edutainment has as its object the provision of information relating to Oltremare 2.0 entrances as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase Oltremare entrance tickets. This service is provided through the website http://www.oltremare.org

Art. 2 – TICKETS BOOKING AND PURCHASE METHODS
To book and purchase tickets, you must complete the online form provided by Costa Edutainment in all its mandatory parts. We kindly ask you to read the provisions for the protection of your privacy. The availability of tickets is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is completed by filling out the form and making the payment. It is possible to purchase multiple tickets with a single transaction.

Art. 3 – TICKETS PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit card VISA, Master Card, Postepay and Paypal following the instructions illustrated in the procedures described online.

Art. 4 – TICKETS ACQUISITION METHODS
Upon completion of the credit card payment, an order confirmation email will be sent with the “Order confirmation with ticket attached” valid for access to Oltremare.

Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKET
The prices and validity of Oltremare tickets are specified during the purchase process. The Oltremare 2.0 ticket sales system uses a platform whose peculiarity consists in making the prices of access to the facility dynamic.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase procedure are subject to variations in face value, at the sole discretion of Costa Edutainment, according to some variables: high/low season, entry time slot, weather conditions, for example and not limited to.

OPEN tickets “are valid for the season in which the ticket was purchased” and will have a unique and defined value. They will not undergo price variations based on the variables defined above, except for periodic price list variations.

Art. 6 – TICKET MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST
The FIXED DATE online ticket is not refundable in any way. The date can be changed by joining the SAVE THE FUN promotion. Find out more at www.oltremare.org/biglietti/save-the-fun

The OPEN ticket, like the FIXED DATE ticket, is non-refundable.

Art. 7 – COMPLIANCE WITH THE OVERSEAS ENTRY DATE
The date chosen for the visit to Oltremare must be respected. It will not be possible to access Oltremare 2.0 on a date other than the one indicated on the ticket itself unless you join the Save The Fun operation; https://www.oltremare.org/biglietti/save-the-fun Oltremare can be visited within the validity of the ticket.

Art. 8 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding what has been stated regarding jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a purpose that can be considered as outside his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") may invoke the laws in force in the country in which he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and our services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Rimini. Notwithstanding the jurisdiction clause above, a consumer may also bring an action in a court of the country in which he is domiciled, while an action against a consumer may only be brought before the courts of the country in which he is domiciled. For consumers in the European Economic Area: in case of complaints, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service. If the matter is not resolved, you can send the complaint via the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at this address: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

The translated version is unofficial and for illustrative purposes only and has no legal value. In the event of any dispute or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English text and any translation of these Terms and Conditions into other languages, the English text shall prevail and be conclusive. The English text is available on our Platform (by selecting the English language) or will be sent to you upon written request.

In the event that any provision of these 'Terms and Conditions' is invalid, loses its validity, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to be bound by all other provisions set out herein. In such event we will provide for the aforementioned provision to be replaced with a valid and binding provision that has an effect as similar as possible to that of the replaced provision and which you undertake to accept in accordance with the content and purpose of these 'Terms and Conditions'.
