What does the Admission Include?

All shows, exhibits and attractions are included with park admission. Food, merchandise and animal interactions are optional and an additional cost.

 

How long does it take to visit the park?
Visiting Oltremare takes about from 6 to 8 hours.

 

Are there any shows in the Park? What are their timetables?
The shows and the animal emotional moments are: "The Dolphin’s voice", "Dolphins - nature's show", "Volo dei Rapaci", "Volo dell'arcobaleno" and much more. The timetables may vary from period to period. We suggest our guests to check timetables at the entrance of the park. All attractions and shows are included in the ticket price.

 

Is it possible to swim with the dolphins?
We are sorry, but in Italy it is forbidden by law to swim with dolphins. This is for their safety. Although, it is possible to spend some unforgettable hours with the Oltremare dolphins and trainers by participating at our interactive programs. For information on availability, please call us at +39-0541 4271.

 

Is it possible to visit the park also in case of rain?
Yes, it is. Oltremare remains open during inclement weather as most attractions are sheltered although some of the park outdoor. Shows like  "Volo dei rapaci" , "Volo dell'arcobaleno" could be suspendend.  
Adventure Island  and the farm may be temporarily affected.  Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.

Is there a restaurant or picnic area inside the park?
Restaurants and kiosks are conveniently located throughout the park. For your convenience a sheltered picnic area is available in the Delta area.
 

Can I exit and re-enter the park in the same day with the same ticket?
Yes, before exiting the park please have your hands stamped at the park entrance for re-admittance.
 

How does it work with combination tickets?
Buying combination tickets for Oltremare, Aquafan, Italia in miniatura and Acquario di Cattolica allows you to save money. The tickets allows you to visit each park on different days or in the same days. The tickets are valid until the end of the season.

 

Is there a First Aid station?
Our first aid station is located at the Exit Plaza next to Aquafan entrance. Registered nurses and emergency medical technicians staff these stations. Oltremare Team Members throughout the park are more than happy to contact the first-aid staff or direct you to the First Aid Station, if necessary.
 

Do you have a nursey ?
Yes. Our nursery is located behind the dolphinarium and it is furnished with a changing table, baby bottle heater, a sink, a microwave  and a baby corner to breast feed your baby. You can also find changing tables in all our female toilets. You can find baby napkins, comforters and baby bottles in our shops Big O and Open shop.

 

Are animals allowed in the park?
Dogs are allowed on the leash in the park. Although, they’re not allowed in some of the attractions as: Oltremare Theatre, Planet hearth, Darwin and Adventure Island boats .

 

Is there a car/caravan parking?
Yes. The price for cars is € 5,00 and for campers is € 10,00. Campers can sit in the car park only during park opening hours.

 

Is the park accessible for wheelchairs?

Guests with 100% of disability can get free entrance by showing a disabled card and a identity card. Wheelchair access is provided at all shows, attractions and toilets (Adventure Island boats excluded).

 

Is it possible to take pictures or to film inside the park?

Yes but flash photography to animals is not permitted.

 

Is the park suitable for kids?

The park is suitable for people of all ages. The Adventure island attraction is not suitable for kids under 3 years old. Planet hearth and Darwin are attractions with strong sound effects. For safety reasons strollers cannot be brought inside Planet hearth and Darwin attractions and must be parked outside of most shows.

 

Can we rent a stroller?

Strollers are available by our info point located at the entrance square. The rent cost is € 2,00 and an I.D. must be shown.

 

Is it possible to buy Gluten-free food?

Gluten-free food is available at our Capperi restaurant.

 

Is there a lost and found office?

Contact our info points desk or call +39 0541 4271 to report lost children and lost and found items.
